Most of the time the artist paints with oils & finds fascination with figurative art and the depiction of the body and individuals. However, Huguet will sometimes explore a variety of mediums through abstraction. This painting was created during covid pandemic after reading "Reunion" by Fred Uhlman. A beautifully perceptive exploration of friendship & the pressures distorting it. This artwork takes the title of Andrea Guerra song's Adagio for the Past.
