Shipping Policy

I strive to have all orders packed and shipped within five working days. In the UK, I use Royal Mail or a courier service for shipping, depending on the size and weight of the items. All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Most UK deliveries typically arrive within three-four working days. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me in advance. For expedited orders, there may be additional charges.
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. If you are located outside the UK and wish to make a purchase, please reach out to me. I do ship internationally, but please note that import duties and taxes may apply, which are beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred. Returns Policy

I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to my artwork, and I truly hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them. If, however, the item does not meet your expectations, please contact me within seven days of receiving your order. Once we agree on a return, you will need to carefully repackage the item and arrange for delivery using the same shipping service that was used to send it to you, at your expense. After the item is safely returned, I will process your refund within 14 days, minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees, and any applicable taxes.
I take great care in packing and wrapping all pieces. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please take a photograph and contact me within seven days. |

If you are located outside the UK and would like to make a purchase, please reach out to me.
I use a high-quality print-on-demand service for my Giclée prints, which allows your order to be printed closer to your location. This helps keep international shipping costs lower. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. Unframed prints are typically shipped within 2–3 working days, and each print is carefully hand-rolled and packaged in a sturdy cardboard roll tube to ensure safe delivery and minimise shipping cost. Framed prints are shipped within 5 working days in a sturdy cardboard box. All orders are tracked. |

Returns Policy

Breakages are extremely rare, but if it does occur, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel. I will promptly arrange for the collection of the damaged item and send a replacement via priority service.
