The artist paints with oils & finds fascination with figurative art. However, Huguet likes to free herself from the reals of figurative work through abstraction experimentation. This painting was created during covid pandemic after reading "Reunion" by Fred Uhlman. A beautifully perceptive exploration of friendship & the pressures distorting it. This artwork takes the title of Andrea Guerra song's Adagio for the Past.
